Our Story
For centuries, the crocus fields of Pampore, Kashmir have yielded the world's most prized spice — a tradition built on patience, craft, and an uncompromising eye for quality.
We work directly with Kashmir's finest farmers to bring you Mongra grade saffron — the rarest classification, known for its deep crimson hue, intoxicating aroma, and extraordinary flavour.
Imported and distributed by Elinenis LLC from Kalispell, Montana — every tin is a promise of authenticity.
Third-Party Verified
Every batch of Kashmiré Saffron is independently tested by Macana Analytical Laboratory (NABL Accredited · ISO 9001:2015 Certified) to verify purity, potency, and safety.
Why Kashmiré
Harvested by hand each morning when saffron blossoms are freshest — potency is highest in the first hours of daylight.
The rarest Kashmir classification — only the deepest crimson stigmas, selected individually for maximum crocin and safranal.
Every batch is independently tested for colour strength (crocin), aroma (safranal), and flavour (picrocrocin) before it reaches you.
Sealed in an air-tight sliding tin — the same packaging trusted by fine spice houses — to lock in freshness for months.
How to Use
A small pinch of Mongra threads serves four people. Your 2g tin will last months of regular cooking.
Steep threads in 2–3 tbsp of warm water or milk for 15 minutes. Watch the gold unfurl.
Stir the golden liquid into rice, desserts, tea, or golden milk. The colour and aroma will transform the dish.
Deep colour, a floral, honey-like aroma, and a subtle earthy warmth — the unmistakable taste of Kashmir.
